Frequent Questions

All of our products are built to order by hand. Please allow 5-7 days from start to finish and final inspection to have your item shipped. Once your item is maticulously reviewed it will be placed in the shipping department and labled to begin it's voyage to you. Be sure to get all your shipped, in route and delieverd notifications by giving us the best email contact for you during checkout.

During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to add any coupon code you might have. There is a drop down area under the items in your cart on the screen where you are asked to provide your personal information prior to heading to the final checkout screen. That is the place to enter your coupon code.

You DO NOT need an account to place an order with Safer Straps. 

However; if you do setup and account it makes it easier for you to return to check on order status and recall your order history later should you need to.

Should the need arise to cancel or change your placed order, the best way to let us know is by email right away

Since all of our items are built to order and usually custom made for the user, timing is critical to notify us. 

We realize mistakes are made, and things happen. We will work with you the best way we can and always strive for customer satisfaction.
